Terms of Service

Welcome to Phantom Automate. By signing up, accessing, or using our visual schema mapping tools, API nodes, and transformation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. The Mapping Service

Phantom Automate provides dynamic tools to parse, structure, map, and process CSV/JSON files. You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded files do not violate third-party rights, confidentiality agreements, or data regulations.

2. Limitation of Liability & Warranties (Critical Mapping Notice)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Phantom Automate provides its data formatting and schema mapping utilities "as is" and "as available". We do not validate the truth, completeness, or financial correctness of the files uploaded, nor do we verify bank routing numbers or ledger compliance. You explicitly agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating the correctness of the transformed CSV output before importing it into banking portals, CRM software, accounting journals (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.), or other ledger systems.
• Phantom Automate, its developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any financial losses, accounting inaccuracies, incorrect bank transfers, or data integrity errors arising from incorrect mapping templates or execution logic.
• Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

3. Subscription Fees, Limits & Gating

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Each tier has template limits (e.g. Free: 1, Starter: 10, Growth: 50, Pro: Unlimited). Exceeding these limits requires upgrading. Feature gates (such as template sharing or API credential console) are enforced based on subscription plans. We reserve the right to restrict or modify limits and feature accessibility with notice.

4. API Usage & Security

API keys provided to Pro Plan users must be kept secure. You are fully responsible for all transformations processed using your keys. Script-spamming or brute-forcing public transform routes will result in immediate rate-limiting or account suspension.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the parent entity operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
